What We Do
We deliver health care:
We deliver high quality clinical services across primary care in North East Hampshire and Farnham, giving traditional GP service elements that patients like alongside the benefits of collaborative working. We work within the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS), the group of organisations involved in planning, buying and providing health and care services locally; we also work with NHS England on National Programme services.
We help develop local services:
By engaging with the public, we also help ensure that services are designed and developed with patient and public involvement. We are an active player in the development and implementation of Frimley Health and Care's plans to create healthier communities and work with the programmes to ensure the GP's voice is heard
We help you employ the right people
Practices and PCNs can avoid the duplication of overheads and your leadership's time and skills by conducting pooled or targeted recruitment through us
We help develop the full range of your workforce:
We can support staff development from Student/Apprentice up to Masters level. A good skill mix can help take pressure off GPs and free up their time for patients who need it, and. For example roles as diverse as social prescribers and care coordinators, clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are integrated in the General Practice team; paramedic practitioners work with patients in both practices and patients' own homes and we have implemented a programme to bring extended scope physiotherapists into the GP surgery
We provide resilience in delivering your services
Our pool of experienced staff can be called on to help fill a temporary skills gap, whether clinical or administrative – providing resilience, reassurance and time to recruit the right candidate for your needs
We can meet your back office/structural needs:
Avoiding duplication of many administrative and HR activities such as payroll, NHS pensions admin, accounting and appraisals frees your Management and Administration teams to focus on healthcare-related activities
We provide data services:
From identifying cohorts to recording and reporting performance/impact metrics – useful when some of the data needed in tools like Connected Care needs to be gathered at PCN level and some at Practice level
